Our Promise to You:

  • Guaranteed Fit: If your vehicle is listed in the vehicle fitment sheet or meets the conditions outlined for the specified product, we guarantee a perfect fit. If the product does not fit as expected, we’ll provide a suitable replacement or a full refund.
  • Free Replacement or Refund: If the product doesn’t fit your vehicle, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Dedicated Support: Our customer support team is here to assist with any fitment issues quickly and efficiently.

Conditions:

  1. Vehicle Fitment Sheet Compliance: The Fitment Guarantee applies only if your vehicle is listed in the product’s vehicle fitment sheet you’ve purchased, or if your vehicle meets the dimension conditions specified for fitment in the product description and resource tab.
  2. Unmodified Vehicle: The Fitment Guarantee applies to vehicles that are in their original, unmodified condition. If your vehicle has been altered in a way that affects fitment, this guarantee may not apply.
  3. Product Installation: The product must be installed according to the provided instructions. Damage caused by incorrect installation will not be covered by the Fitment Guarantee.
  4. Time Frame: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to qualify for the Fitment Guarantee.
  5. Proof of Issue: You may be required to provide photos or other evidence of the fitment issue to assist our team in resolving the problem.
  6. Return Condition: If a return is necessary, the product must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

How It Works:

  1. Contact Us: If the product doesn’t fit your vehicle as expected, reach out to us at info@hibana.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Share the specific fitment issue, including whether your vehicle is listed in the vehicle fitment sheet or aligns with the specified conditions, along with any requested photos or evidence.
  3. Choose a Solution: We’ll offer you the choice of a suitable replacement or a full refund.
  4. Return Process: If a return is required, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply pack the item securely, affix the label, and drop it off at any courier location.

Exclusions:

  • The Fitment Guarantee does not cover fitment issues resulting from incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer.
  • It does not apply to products installed on modified vehicles unless specifically noted in the product description.
