HIBANA's voluntary Fitment Guarantee applies when a product purchased directly from HIBANA lists your exact vehicle make, model, year and relevant variant, or when your vehicle matches all dimensions and conditions stated on the product page.
Before ordering
Check the complete product description, fitment selector, dimensions, connector type and any notes about adapters or vehicle variants. If you are unsure, email info@hibana.com.au with your vehicle details before ordering.
What the guarantee provides
If the product does not fit even though the HIBANA listing accurately matched the unmodified vehicle information you supplied, contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will offer a suitable replacement or refund and provide return instructions at no additional return cost.
Conditions
- The vehicle information and variant supplied must be complete and accurate.
- The relevant mounting area, wiring and bodywork must not have been modified in a way that affects fitment unless the product listing expressly allows it.
- Installation must follow the product instructions. Stop installation and contact us if fitment appears incorrect.
- We may request photos, measurements or vehicle details reasonably needed to confirm the issue.
- If a return is required, include the complete product, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
If the product was ordered for the wrong vehicle or the supplied vehicle information was incomplete, the 14-day change-of-mind policy may apply instead. Damage caused by forcing installation or using incompatible parts is not covered by this voluntary guarantee.
Legal compliance
Fitment does not by itself confirm that installation or road use is lawful in every jurisdiction. Customers and installers should follow the product instructions and applicable vehicle, electrical and road rules.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
