Warranty Duration HIBANA offers a 12-month warranty on all our motor vehicle lighting systems, effective from the date of purchase.

Coverage This warranty covers all aspects of the product, including but not limited to:

  • LED lights
  • Housing and lenses
  • Wiring and connectors
  • Mounting hardware

If any part of the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge.

Exclusions This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects resulting from personal factors such as misuse, improper installation, accidents, or neglect.
  • Damage due to external causes, including but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, fire, or vandalism.
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, fading or discoloration of the housing and lenses.
  • Any product where the HIBANA label or serial number has been removed or defaced.

Warranty Claim Process To claim the warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice). Ensure the proof of purchase clearly shows the date of purchase and the product details.

  3. Description of Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing with the product. Include any relevant photos or videos that illustrate the defect or malfunction.

  5. Resolution: If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part or product. If the product needs to be returned, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • HIBANA reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.
  • In the event of a replacement, the warranty period remains based on the original purchase date.
  • Any repaired or replaced product will continue to be covered under this warranty for the remaining time of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability HIBANA’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as described above. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products.
