A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it is ready for dispatch. The product page will identify a pre-order and show the best available estimated dispatch timeframe.

Payment

Full payment is taken when you place the pre-order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your confirmation email records the product, price and estimated timeframe available when you ordered.

Estimated dispatch dates

Pre-order dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production, freight, customs or supply-chain events can change them. We will provide material updates using the email address supplied with your order.

Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items

Items may be held and shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available unless your confirmation or our team states otherwise. Contact us promptly if you need available items sent separately; additional freight charges may apply and will be agreed before dispatch.

Changes, delays and cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched by emailing info@hibana.com.au. If we materially change the product or advised timeframe, or cannot supply it, we will offer you the choice to accept the update or cancel for a full refund. Once dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

Returns, fitment and warranty

Pre-order products receive the same Return & Refund Policy, Fitment Guarantee and warranty protection as other eligible HIBANA products. The voluntary warranty begins on delivery, not on the order date.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
