Satisfaction Guarantee

HIBANA offers a voluntary 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee for eligible products purchased directly from hibana.com.au. It gives you time to assess the product's appearance, brightness and functions. It is additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Eligibility

  • Contact us within 14 days after delivery.
  • Return the complete product with its original packaging, accessories and documentation.
  • Use reasonable care while assessing it. Damage caused by installation, misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification is not covered by this voluntary guarantee.
  • The offer is limited to one return per customer for the same product.

How to use the guarantee

  1. Email info@hibana.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and, for eligible Australian orders, a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it within the timeframe in our instructions.

After the return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be sent to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Separate rights for faulty products

The 14-day period and condition requirements above apply only to this voluntary satisfaction offer. They do not limit remedies for faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant products.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
