Prices on hibana.com.au are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. The final order total, including applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges, is shown before payment is submitted.
Accepted payment methods
Current payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and accelerated payment services. Availability can vary by device, order and location.
When payment is taken
Payment is authorised or captured when the order is placed, including for pre-orders. Your order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and HIBANA sends an order confirmation. A pending bank authorisation is not a second charge and normally expires according to your financial institution's rules.
Payment security
Checkout is hosted by Shopify and payment information is handled by Shopify and the selected payment provider. HIBANA does not receive your complete payment card number. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment and billing details supplied are accurate and authorised.
Failed payments, fraud checks and order review
A payment may be declined by your provider or held for verification. We may request reasonable information to verify an order or protect customers and HIBANA from fraud. We may cancel and refund an order if payment cannot be verified, supply is unavailable, or a genuine pricing or listing error prevents fulfilment. Nothing in this section limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. HIBANA cannot redirect a card refund to a different card or bank account. Processing times shown in our Return & Refund Policy do not include any additional time taken by your bank or payment provider.
